Reservation cancellation policy
The reserve will be returned under the following conditions :
– Notice of cancellation of the reservation with 30 days prior to the day of arrival : reinstatement of the 100% payment less bank transfer Commission.
– Notice of cancellation of the reservation between 29 and 20 days prior to the day of arrival : reinstatement of the 75% less bank transfer Commission.
– Notice of cancellation of the reservation between 19 and 15 days prior to the day of arrival : reinstatement of the 50% less bank transfer Commission.
– Starting from 9 days: no return.
If the cancellation is communicated with more of 7 and less than 15 days prior to the designated for occupancy, you will lose the 50% the amount of the advance made.
If the cancellation is communicated within of the 7 prior to the designated day for the occupation the customer loses all of the advance payment made in respect of sign or deposit.
Cancellation the day of the trip/service, or not show up at the agreed date for the provision of the services contracted, You shall not be entitled to any refund of the amount paid, except for cause of force majeure provable or agreement between the parties in another sense.
In the same way, and in identical proportion, be in the case of a partial cancellation of squares or reduction in the number of contracted services.
